概况

• 上海现代建筑设计（集团）有限公司“历史建筑保护技术研究学科中心”是集团进行历史建筑保护、修缮、改建、改造技术研究设计的专业机构。学科中心整合集团技术力量，系统研究有关历史建筑保护的理论、设计方法、专项技术等，依托集团，面向全行业，承担和组织集团承接的历史建筑保护项目的设计和研究，有计划有步骤地开展学科研究和设计工作，成为国内一流的研究中心和设计实体，达到建筑设计行业中历史建筑保护技术设计和研究的先进水平。同时形成历史建筑保护技术研究和设计人才培养的载体，构筑该领域的人才高地，为社会和集团提供一流的技术支撑。
• 学科中心分建筑设计（包括室内与环境）、建筑材料、建筑结构、机电设备、建筑经济等5个专项技术研究课题组。

General Situation

• Historical Building Protection Technology Center of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design (Group) Co., Ltd., combining the technical force of the Group and systematically studying the historical building protection theory, design technology, and special technology, is the professional technology research and study organization of historical building protection, renovation, re-build and re-construction. The Center, relying on the Group and facing the architecture industry, undertakes and organizes the historical building protection project design and research in the whole Group. It will become a first-class research center and design entity domestically which reaches the advanced level of historical building protection technology design and research in architecture design industry. At the same time, the Center will carry the responsibility of training the talents in historical building protection technology research, and form professional forces to offer first-class technology support for the society and the Group.
• The Center is divided into five special technology research teams known as architecture design (including interior design and environment), building materials, structure, MEP and building economy.
