- 建筑节能技术研究学科中心是上海现代建筑设计(集团)有限公司重点建设的学科中心,是集团内进行建筑节能分析与研究的专业团队。学科中心整合集团技术力量,依托集团在国内行业中的地位,深入研究国内外建筑节能项目中所遇到的技术难点,有计划、有步骤地开展学科研究和工程实例分析,逐步成为国内一流的研究中心。同时,努力促进建筑节能技术的发展,构筑建筑节能高级人才队伍,并为社会提供一流的技术支撑。
- 学科中心目前拥有一流的计算设备及建筑节能模拟计算分析软件,为学科中心科研人员进行科学研究及实际工程分析提供了有力的保障。学科中心技术力量雄厚,在长期的科研活动过程中,中心与国内许多重要院、所、企业建立了长期密切的合作关系。
- 目前,学科中心在以下领域内开展了建筑节能分析和研究工作:建筑全年能耗分析、计算流体力学仿真模拟、建筑设备系统仿真模拟、建筑采光照明仿真分析、建筑遮阳技术研究、太阳能建筑一体化研究等。此外学科中心还承担或参与了多项国家和上海市的规范编制工作,如上海市《公共建筑节能设计标准》、全国《公共建筑节能设计标准》、《住宅建筑围护结构节能应用技术规程》、《全国民用建筑工程设计技术措施》(节能专篇)、《世博会临时建筑物、构筑物设计标准》等。
Brief Introduction
- Building Energy Efficiency Technology Research Center (BEETRC) is a key subject of Shanghai Xian Dai Architectural Design Group Company; being a professional team for building energy efficiency analysis and research in Xian Dai Group, the Center is carrying out science research and energy efficiency analysis, with technology integration in Xian Dai which has the high status in China. The Center pays great attention to actual efficiency, not only serves the basic theory research, but also makes great efforts to link itself with the applied research. Meanwhile, the Center also takes an active part in offering good service and cooperation for the sake of promoting the progress of itself.
- The Center took full advantage of its high – performance computer and engineering analysis software to satisfy the requirements of scientific research and energy efficiency analysis on real projects. By keeping close ties with the main battle field and hi-tech projects of civil engineer, the Center has made its valuable contribution in quite a number of applied research projects.
- Currently, the Center is developing building energy efficiency analysis and research work in the following areas, such as “building energy consumption in the whole year”, “computational fluid dynamics simulation”, “building facility system simulation”, “building lighting simulation”, “building shading technology study”, “building integrated with solar energy systems”, etc. And besides, much work was exerted on filling codes or specifications for China and Shanghai city, such as “The standard of energy efficient design for public buildings”, “Design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings”, “Code of applied technique for energy conservation on the envelope of residential building”, “ National Technical Measures for Design of Civil Construction Special Edition—Energy Conservation”, “ Design specification of temporary buildings at EXPO site” and so on.
