- 地基基础与地下空间工程学科中心是上海市建设和交通委员会批准成立并委托上海现代建筑设计集团组建的建筑设计技术研究中心的重要组成部分,是集团内进行地基基础和地下空间工程学科研究的专业团队,拥有一支长期从事各类建筑工程领域地基基础与地下空间工程设计、拥有丰富工程经验的专业科研设计队伍,集中了集团内长期从事地基基础科研工作的技术骨干,并遵循“开放、流动”的原则,积极根据学科中心课题研究的内容,及时吸纳专业人才;有较齐全的软土地基勘察、检测和监测设备以及各类先进的计算机辅助设计和计算分析所需的软、硬件设施;在多年的科研、设计和主持上海《地基基础设计规范》编写工作的过程中,与各主要勘察、设计、施工、高校、科研院所建立了广泛和良好的协作关系,目前,为适应上海城市发展和十一五规划的需要,中心加强了地下空间工程方向的研究与实践。
- 上海是国际上著名的地处软土地区的特大型城市之一,上海各类工程的建设都和地基基础与地下空间工程学科有着极其密切和重要的关系。该学科有极强的实践性,特别强调与工程实践相结合,它的每一步前进都是与工程建设发展紧密相连;其次,地基基础与地下空间工程学科又是与具体工程的地质条件密切相关,具有鲜明的地域特点;此外,地基基础与地下空间工程的研究,由于其研究对象的隐蔽性和不确定性,使得相应的学科研究课题变得十分复杂和历时较长。
- 本中心将积极承担和组织集团内地基基础和地下空间工程学科领域的课题研究;构筑和巩固本学科领域的人才高地;广泛与勘察、施工、高校、科研院所等相关单位合作,促进学科发展,满足集团相关工程建设需要,并为社会经济建设提供一流的技术支撑。

| Brief Introduction |
- Foundation & Underground Space Engineering Research Center (FUSEC), an important part of Architecture Design Technology Research Center in Shanghai Xian Dai Architecture Design (Group) Co. approved by Shanghai Municipal Construction and Transportation Committee, is a professional research team in the field of foundation and underground space engineering. Based on the policy of “Opening and Floating” and adjusted to the subject progressing, FUSEC always holds a team of researcher and technician engaged in design and research of foundation and underground space engineering with wide knowledge and experience. It has all kinds of advanced equipments for soil investigation, geotechnical inspection and test and technical soft ware with strong functions for design and research. In so many years of work in this field and compiling Shanghai Foundation Design Code for two times, FUSEC keeps good relations with all of the major corporations, universities and research institutes in Shanghai area in the field of geotechnical investigation, design and construction. Today, to meet the requirement of urban development and the 11th Five-year Plan of Shanghai, FUSEC strengthens its research work and practice in the field of underground space engineering.
- In Shanghai area, one of the famous metropolises located in soft soil, foundation and underground space engineering plays an important role in all kinds of project constructions. For this subject, the first character lies in its strong ties with practice, which can be seen from the subject progress keeping the same pace and close relation all along with the development of construction practice. The second is characterized by its distinctive local style as the practice of this subject is always connected with some special soil condition. At last, for the invisibility and indefinite character of the objects, most of the research subjects in this filed show their complexity and last a long period.
- FUSEC, to cooperate with universities, research institutes and others concerned, will carry out and organize research in the field of foundation and underground space engineering, bear strong attraction for those qualified scientists and technicians, meet practical requirements of project design in our group, and provide technical support for social and economic construction.
